On Monday, February 24, Family Voices of California (FVCA) (familyvoicesofca.org) will be holding its 12th annual health summit in the state capitol. From 8:30 – 5:00 pm, parents, caregivers, youth, providers, policymakers, advocates and more will come together at the Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza in Sacramento to discuss the challenges of children/youth with special needs and brainstorm to come up with possible solutions.
The event is free for families. A $40 donation is suggested for professionals. There are some travel scholarships and childcare options available for qualifying families.
